Conceptual Design

Provide design services for a range of project types based from clients program. We have experience with standard and alternate construction methods ( i.e. wood frame, Masonry, panel-wall systems, light-gauge steel framing)

Production Drafting

Provide complete construction documents, including site plans, floor plans, foundation plans, framing plans, sections, detailing, etc. We have established relationships with other professional throughout the building industry that gives us the ability to handle most projects in both Arizona and California. ( i.e. Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, etc.)

Permit Processing

Submit construction documents to building department for processing. Coordinate
approvals from various departments. We also submit and process administative permits. This includes meeting with department staff, attending public hearings, etc. In addition, we can assist in processing PUD/PRD appication, Variances, CUP, Coastal Development permits, Condo Convertion Maps, Subdivisions, etc.

Provide both prescriptive and computer-modeling compliance documentation.

Project Feasibility

Provide clients with property research, analysis of conceptual design solutions and landuse possibilities for all kinds of projects, meet with government agencies to discuss possible design solutions, and projected proforma analysis to possible projects.

Professional Construction Cost Estimating & Consulting

Provide conceptual cost break-down for protential projects, as well as building
unit costs for purposes of construction defect litigation and arbitration.

Project Management

Provide contract negotiation, estimating, scheduling, material ordering, trouble-shooting, RFI, change orders, supervision, fund control, submittals, project close-out, and project reporting functions for construction projects of all sizes.

Design/Build Services

Provide complete development services from conception to occupancy for both
residential and commercial remodeling, as well as new construction.

General Construction

Provide complete building and remodeling services for residential and commercial
projects through our own crew and working with top quality subcontractors. This includes sesmic-retrofitting, tenant improvements, remodeling, ground-up, small-scale production housing, apartment rehab work, etc.
